USA Hockey Bar Code, Registration and Payment will reserve your roster spot from 2012-13 on or before September 7th, 2012

NEW PLAYERS

League fees and Registration will hold your spot on the waiting list.

All open roster spots will then be filled with the waiting list registrations in hand. Open registration for new players will begin immediately and Placement in open roster spots will be filled by order of first come first served beginning September 8th. Once you are placed on a team, you will need to confirm your spot by emailing your USA hockey Barcode to donchilson@netnet.net

Sunday's at 6pm, 630pm, 8pm, 7:45pm and 8:30pm.

USA HOCkEY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Follow the instructions listed on the following page. Your registration will not be accepeted without the USA Hockey Barcode attached from your USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION.

Instructions for On-line Registration with USA Hockey

It is mandatory that all players register on-line with USA Hockey. Players should attach their printed registration form and USA HOCKEY barcode when dropping off registration or mailing in the registration. The on-line registration process is simple and should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

1. Go to www.USAhockey.com

2. Click on the quick link in the red box that says "Become a USA Hockey member"

3. Simply follow all of the prompts to register. Make sure to use the full legal name (no nicknames or shortened version of the name)

4. You will need a credit card to make payment of $40 ( $30 USA Hockey $10 WAHA fees)

5. At the end of the on-line registration process it will ask you to open confirmation and print. This is the page you will need to send in with your registration or email the confirmation to Me at donchilson@netnet.net !!
